Στο link αυτό μπορεί να διαβάσει όποιος ενδιαφέρεται, τους κανονισμούς της FIA για το Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα Cross Country Rally. Δε βλάπτει να ξέρει κάποιος ΠΩΣ ορίζεται ένα Rally Raid και ΠΩΣ ορίζεται ένα BAJA, πράγματα τα οποία εξηγούν ξεκάθαρα οι εν λόγω κανονισμοί. 30. OPENING OF THE ROUTE
30.1 The opening of the route will be carried out by the FIA
Opening Car crew (not for Bajas) and a team from the organisers. They
will ensure the route is passable, that the navigation instructions are
correct, that the road book is accurate and that necessary safety
measures are in place

30. ΑΝΟΙΓΜΑ ΤΗΣ ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΗΣ
30.1 Το άνοιγμα της διαδρομή πραγματοποιείτε από το πλοηγό πλήρωμα της FIA (όχι για τα BAJA) και μια ομάδα της οργάνωσης. Θα σιγουρέψουν πώς η διαδρομή είναι προσπελάσιμη, οι οδηγίες πλοήγησης είναι σωστές, ότι το Road Book είναι ακριβές και ότι όλα τα μέτρα ασφαλείας έχουν παρθεί.

24. SPEED CONTROL ZONES
24.1 Organisers must establish speed control zones when a
selective section passes through a populated area and at other
locations at their discretion. A pulse signal is recorded in the GPS at
least every 100 metres and the speed is displayed on the speed page
of the GPS and recorded in its memory.

24.1 Οι οργανωτές πρέπει να έχουν ζώνες ελεγχόμενης ταχύτητας όταν κομμάτι της διαδρομής περνάει από πυκνοκατοικημένες περιοχές και σε άλλα σημεία κατά τη κρίση τους. Ένας παλμός καταγράφεται στο GPS τουλάχιστον ανα 100 μέτρα και η ταχύτητα προβάλετε στη σελίδα ταχύτητας του GPS και καταγράφεται στη μνήμη του.

CARS, TRUCKS
AND SERVICE VEHICLES
INCLUDING the Open Class

16. TRAFFIC
16.1 GENERALITY
Vehicles must comply with national legal requirements for road traffic in the country where the vehicle is
registered, as well as other rules specified in this Regulation. Equipment in all categories must comply in all
respects with the International Convention on Road Traffic.
During the race, the crews must strictly comply with the code of Moroccan Road.
Competitors must in all cases, adapt their speed to site conditions which are changing frequently and
attention will always needed, whatever the type of route (selective sections, liaison, off road, ...).
16.2 SPEED LIMIT
See art. 24 and 26 of the General Prescriptions cross-country rally in 2013
for competitors
The rate of passage of competitors in the villages and areas defined as "areas of speed control" crossed both
road section that selective sector will be limited to 30 km / h, 50 km / h or 90 km / h according to the stage, or
less if specified by the local signal panels. On the road-book, all areas considered dangerous for the
competitors or the local population will be indicated. Speed checks will be carried out by GPS.
For service vehicles
The rate of passage of service vehicles in towns and villages along, following the road book support will be
limited to 30 km / h or 50 km / h depending on the stages, or less if specified by the signs premises.
Overtaking is prohibited. The staff of the organization will carry out checks. The statement may be made by
any official dismissed the rally (list judge is displayed), or by the police or Moroccan agent of the law. The
College of Sporting Stewards will decided of penalties.

Speed limit (cars and trucks) in Morocco:
Morocco is the speed of 100km / h on national and 120 km / h on motorways for Autos.
Trucks are allowed a 85 km / h in charge and 90Km / h emplty. It should in any case comply with the signs.
Principles of speed control:
1) offense
An offense consists of one or more overtaking in the same zone speed control, defined by a Started Area (DZ)
and End Area (FZ). The 2nd offense will occur when one or more exceedances within a new zone speed
control. In case of recurrence during the event, the 3rd offense (in three different areas) can result in
penalties up to exclusion, in function of the offense
2) Pulse
Complying with GPS function, a pulse is recorded at least every 150m and exceedances are displayed in the
"Speed" page of the GPS.
3) Penalties
See General Requirements FIA art. 24.10.
4) The payment of fines must be paid to the Competitors relationor the Race Director within 48 hours
after notification, under penalty of refusal departure.
